Exercise. It's one of the most important aspects of a healthy lifestyle, but it sometimes seems so difficult to fit into our busy schedules. I was always that person who consistently procrastinated on exercising. "I'll start tomorrow for real!" But as you can guess, tomorrow never came either. Long live the era of home workouts. For me, a compact and foldable treadmill was the solution. Exercising from my own safe and familiar environment. No more hassle with subscriptions, no more long trips to the gym, no more excuses. Now I just turn on Netflix, hop on my treadmill, and before I know it, I've reached my daily step goal. It doesn't even feel like exercising, but more like an opportunity to catch up on my favorite series while working on my health.
